The sandwiches were AMAZING and the service was fast!! I was visiting from out of town and was craving a sandwich and this place was on the spot!
I could not remember which one I liked better the sweet lady at the register said she prides herself on her macaroni salad well I didn't want to be disappointed so I got both. I am glad I did I like the potato salad better the macaroni salad is good just a little bit too sweet for me. The potato salad she did her thing it's Good! The sandwich is always fresh and delicious I get the works. The staff is always friendly and professional. The environment is always clean.
Dino's is an Arlington staple. For those talking about the owner. Mr. Dino passed away some time ago. What's left are people who embody his spirit. Which means, order quick and be ready. They service so many people and try to get your order out, they don't have time to sit around. Just know what you want and you'll be fine. Sandwiches: The best Deli subs in town. Meat, veggies, and especially the bread are always fresh. I always go for the big boys sandwiches like #11 or #16. (Make sure you order by number!). Pricing is fair compared to other brands and franchises. I support it since it's a mom & pop shop. Ambiance: This place hasn't had an interior upgrade since it opened. It's still old looking inside. Why don't I knock it though? Because it's authentic. You know what you're getting when you go inside. Support local businesses and a local staple. Dino's provides great sandwiches.
I noticed that the parking lot was packed on this Sunday afternoon about 1247 pm! Then there was a line inside. If there's a line inside at a sandwich place, it means to me that a sandwich is worth the wait. I had the best sandwich of my life here today at age 62 1/2! It was a #8.
We frequent this way at least once a week but never stopped by. I'm so glad we stopped this evening! We ordered #11 and #21 I believe the #21 had mushrooms. I will definitely order this again! 10/10 haven't had a good sub in so long!
Dino's is by far my favorite sandwich shop in Arlington! It's been a while since I've been here now that I live in Fort Worth. This is my first trip in 2024. I had to get my "go to" sandwich! The Big D Number 11 ! #11 happens to be my favorite number I was born on January 11 at 11pm! I will make weekly or bi-weekly trips for now on ..
Still a top notch sandwich shop. And now that Fork In The Road is no longer.. it's the best sandwich shop in Arlington. This place really has a neighborhood vibe with lots of regulars. Customer service is very consistent and friendly. There's also freshly scooped ice cream available. Parking: Surburbia plentiful
Why have we not tried this place sooner??!! Omg!! This is the sandwich shop of old and it needs to make a come back!! So many choices, fresh bread and meat and cheese sliced to order!! What?! The friendly people behind the counter could tell right away we weren't regulars and asked "where have you been?!" Good question!! We're ready to be regulars now. Dino's is that good. If you haven't been, put it on your list today!
